Shipping to the U.S.


  • Processing Time: 1–3 business days (orders are inspected and shipped from our China studio)
  • Transit Time: 10–18 business days (via tracked international shipping to U.S. addresses)
  • Delivery Estimate: Total 11–21 business days from order placement (varies slightly by U.S. location and customs processing)
  • Tracking: All U.S. orders include a tracking number, updated via email once shipped.

Returns & Exchanges


  • Eligibility: Items can be returned within 30 days of delivery, unused and in original packaging.
  • Exclusions: Custom-made or engraved pieces are not eligible for return.
  • Process: Contact support to initiate a return; return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
